Sebastian König is a German photographer working between portrait, documentary and contemporary photography. His visual language combines authentic observation with atmosphere, memory and abstraction, resulting in atmospheric, film-inspired imagery. His work explores themes of transience, belonging and personal narratives, often focusing on quiet moments, human connection and the relationship between people and places. Moving between intimacy and distance, reality and interpretation, his photography blends documentary sensitivity with an atmospheric visual approach. He studied at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin.
